If you are on a sponsored visa from the company and have exceeded the period of stay, you have violated the passport and visa regime of the UAE
In this case, Immigration reserves the right to open an Absconding Case and impose an administrative fine in the amount of 6500 dx, which is paid by your sponsor
A Travel Ban will be placed for the entire validity period of the case.
You will also not be able to extend a tourist visa or apply for a resident visa.
After paying the fine to your sponsor, the case ill be removed (the procedure may take up to 48 hours)
You will need to pay overstay fines as well (if need it).
An official letter will be sent to the customer as soon as it will be generated by the system.
Within 3 working days, it is necessary to change the visa or leave the country, in order to avoid opening a new case.
